Open envelope printing
Open a saved check and choose Print envelope where available. Review the recipient and return addresses before continuing. Use the address editor if either needs a correction.
If offered, select the option to update the saved payee or bank address as well. Otherwise the correction applies to this envelope.
Choose and load the envelope
- Choose the size printed on the packaging, or enter a custom size.
- Use a plain, non-window envelope supported by your printer.
- Set the printer and tray, then describe how you load the envelope, including which side faces up and the flap position.
- Check the printer’s envelope-loading instructions if you are unsure.
Test the direction
Use one spare envelope. Mark the address side at the top left and follow the test instructions. After printing, choose the result that matches what you see: correct, upside down, rotated, or printed on the flap.
If the direction is correct but the position is shifted, expand Position needs adjusting. Adjust the horizontal or vertical position and test again.
Print and reuse the setup
After confirming the test, review the addresses and loading guide. Select the same printer, tray, and envelope size in the system print dialog. The website does not change these printer settings for you.
You can choose a tested setup the next time it is available. Retest when changing the printer, tray, or envelope size.
