Sign in or reset your password
Use Sign in with the email address associated with your account. If you cannot remember your password, use Forgot password and follow the instructions in the reset email. If the link has expired, request a new one.
Switch accounts or businesses
Use the account menu to select an account you own or have been invited to. If that account includes multiple businesses, use the business selector to choose the one you need.
Check the account and business names before creating a check, adding a bank, or reviewing reports. Save your draft before switching and respond to any unsaved-work prompt.
Accept an invitation
- Open your invitation link and review who invited you and which account you will join.
- Follow the sign-in or account-setup prompts for the invited email address.
- Review the stated access and choose Accept and continue, or decline if you do not want access.
- Use the account menu to return to your other accounts when needed.
If the invitation is expired, revoked, or intended for another email address, ask the inviter to check it and send a new one. Accepting shared access does not remove your other accounts.
Understand permissions
Viewing records, creating checks, printing, emailing, and approving can be separate permissions. An unavailable action may also reflect an approval requirement, a plan limit, or the check’s current status.
Read the message beside the disabled control. If access needs changing, contact the account owner or administrator. Account and sharing settings are available from account management; the page label can vary by account type.
