View your plan and usage
Open Billing from the account menu if your role has access. Confirm the account name, then review its current plan and the usage shown on the page.
Plan limits can cover checks, people, bank accounts, and businesses. Use the values shown for your account; limits and access differ by plan.
If you reach a limit
Read the capacity message next to the blocked action. In Bulk Check, reduce the selected rows to fit the available allowance or keep the remaining rows for later.
For the plans identified on the Billing page, people usage includes the owner and pending invitations, and bank-account usage includes archived accounts. The page explains the counting rules for your account. Archiving a bank does not free a bank-account slot.
Billing controls currently available
The current Billing page provides plan information, usage, and the recorded billing contact. Account owners can use Compare plans to review plan options.
Billing and payments are not connected yet. Purchases, charges, subscription changes, and billing-contact edits are unavailable in the current interface. Controls marked “Coming soon” cannot be used to complete those actions.
If someone else owns the account
Your access is provided through that account. Depending on your role, you may see read-only billing details or a message that billing is managed by the owner. Contact the owner for questions about the plan, invoices, or account capacity.
